Unless a file or directory expressly states otherwise, no open-source license or general license is granted for the content of this repository.

The original textual, visual, brand, canonical, governance, technical, and provenance materials published in this repository are owned by PortusSophia, LLC and are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property laws.

Public access and bounded agent use

This repository is intended to support public reading and source-grounded orientation.

Public access permits a reader to:

view and browse the repository and website;
link to publicly available pages and documents;
cite public materials with appropriate attribution;
quote brief excerpts where permitted by applicable law and the terms governing the cited work; and
provide the public site URL or public repository materials to an AI language model for transient, bounded analysis or orientation.

That last permission allows a reader to ask an agent to read the available PS-BIOS-001, canon, and governance sources before responding. It does not make the agent an authorized PortusSophia system, steward, representative, adjudicator, or source of canonical standing.

PortusSophia™ is a claimed trademark of PortusSophia, LLC. Public access does not authorize use of the PortusSophia name, programme mark, supporting marks, or confusingly similar identifiers.
